Catthorpe Manor Estate, just outside Lutterworth on the border of Leicestershire and Warwickshire, underwent an extensive renovation during 2015 and the beautiful Edwardian manor house re-opened on the 8th February 2016 as a bijou country house hotel along with an elegant new restaurant, open to residents and non-residents alike, The Linden Tree Restaurant.
The hotel bedrooms, reception rooms and restaurant have been thoughtfully designed and decorated with soft heritage colours and fine French classical furniture. An abundance of natural wood and a delicate colour palate are complimented by impressive sash windows, ensuring natural light floods the rooms during the day whilst they also retain a cosy and welcoming glow in the evening.
Bedrooms are well equipped with complimentary guest wifi, television, toiletries, towels, robes, tea and coffee making facilities and are decorated with beautiful elegant furniture, Edwardian inspired ensuite bathrooms or shower-rooms and almost all rooms have spectacular garden and countryside views.
The Linden Tree Restaurant and Bar is open daily for a la carte dining, lunch and light bites, Sunday roasts and afternoon tea.

From the M1: take junction 18 at Crick (Dirft) and go north on the A5 until you see the second signpost to Catthorpe. Turn right and head through the village of Catthorpe until you come to a sharp left-hand bend in the road. There is a right hand turning signposted to Lilbourne. Turn right and follow the road for approx. ¼ mile.
From the M6: Leave the motorway at junction 1. Turn left towards Lutterworth. At the Gibbet’s Cross roundabout (Texaco garage) turn right on the southbound A5. After approximately 1.5 miles there is a left hand turning to Catthorpe. Take this turning and in the centre of the village take the right hand turning to Lilbourne. Follow the road for approx.. ¼ mile.
