About 200 yards after the last roundabout (circle) turn right at signpost to Priors Marston (3 miles) (on old Welsh Road, the invasion and drovers road)
Past the War Memorial (towards Byfield) Fork left after 100 yards (towards Byfield) 2nd house on right - a white painted brick house with a cattle grid instead of a gate.
