Enjoy a trip down memory lane on a No. 5905 Midland Red class S22 single-deck bus built by the Midland Red company in Birmingham in 1968.

Heritage Open Day Rugby Bus

The bus will park outside Rugby Visitor Centre between 10:00 - 16:00 where you can enjoy an informative chat about the town of Rugby with a Town Guide or learn more about the history of the bus and the Midland Red Company from a member of the Local History Group.

Two 45-minute trips will take passengers on a tour round the borough at 11:00 and 14:00. Hop on, reminisce and enjoy a nostalgic trip around Rugby taking in the old BTH site, Lawrence Sheriff’s birthplace and Guy Fawkes House in Dunchurch.
