Birmingham based Bonfire Radicals have emerged from the folk/ world scene with a fresh musical approach and a host of engaging traditional and origonal material. Probably unlike anything you've heard before, they draw on many eclectic influences for their sound- a fusion of medievil melodies, jazz tinged swing, folk-rock, klezmer and all points in between. They weave together emotive vocals and free ranging classical recorder, clarinet and fiddle over a pulsating rythm mix of guitar, bass and drums. Known for their highly spirited stage presence the Bonfire Radicals' own enthusiasm for their music is undeniable.
