Purchase your Rugby Weekend Pass

How Does it Work?

Collect your Rugby Weekend Pass from the Rugby Visitor Centre. They will activate your card with the four-day period paid for by an individual or group of individuals requesting a pass: a Thursday to Sunday or a Friday to Monday.  Once activated, simply present your Rugby Weekend Pass at the World Rugby Hall of Fame, the Rugby School Saturday tour and the listed retailers and they will register your visit.  Just remember the following points:

The Rugby Weekend Pass is not a fast track pass.

Rugby School tours operate on a Saturday drop-in basis at 2pm. Your Rugby Weekend Pass is paid entry to the tours. While it is unusual for tours to be full, you may want to contact the School in advance on (01788) 556169 to note your intended attendance. On the rare occasion School tours are full, this element of the cost will be reimbursed to Rugby Weekend Pass holders by Rugby Visitor Centre.

You can only use your pass once at the Rugby School tour. Should you wish to return to the World Rugby Hall of Fame you can register for a World Rugby Hall of Fame Annual Pass at no additional cost. This can be done at Rugby Visitor Centre.  Some of the listed retailers may allow repeat use of the pass over your four day stay. This is at their discretion and should be discussed directly with the retailer.

Your Rugby Weekend Pass can be purchased online and picked up at Rugby Visitor Centre or purchased directly from the Visitor Centre. Passes will record the number of adults and children in the party and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The Rugby Weekend Pass can be purchased as a gift. Confirmation of purchase should be passed to the giftee to take to the Visitor Centre in order to receive their pass.

Your pass is valid for four consecutive calendar days, from Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday and starts at whatever time on the first day it was activated.

No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards.
