Rugby visitor centre
We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Rugby Visitor Centre, Rugby Art Gallery and Museum and the World Rugby Hall of Fame.
When you visit, you'll notice we've made a few changes to prioritise the safety of our visitors and our staff.
We are open Tuesday to Saturday. Both Rugby Art Gallery and Museum and the Hall of Fame are FREE ADMISSION. To gain entry to Rugby Art Gallery and Museum and the World Rugby Hall of Fame, you will need to book tickets in advance. Please do not visit if you feel unwell.
The Visitor Centre is open, access is regulated at the entrance. To remain COVID-secure, all enquiries, with the exception of travel bookings, will be dealt with via e-mail or telephone by calling 01788 533217. The shop is open, restricted access measures apply. Please note, a face covering is required in all our spaces.
A one-way system is in operation around the building. Social distancing floor markers are in place to guide you. We have also taken extra hygiene measures:

We have a well stocked shop offering gifts and souvenirs which reflect The Rugby Town, Rugby Art Gallery and Museum and the World Rugby Hall of Fame. We also stock plenty of rugby souvenirs, so come along and see what we have to offer.
We are located in the heart of town, in the foyer of Rugby Library, Art Gallery and Museum and the World Rugby Hall of Fame. Our helpful team can help you plan your trip, from where to visit to where to stay. All of our current members of staff have achieved World Host customer service recognition and will always go the extra mile to assist our visitors.
