Love Rugby Festival will take place from Saturday 20 June to Sunday 5 July 2026.

'The Couch to 5K’ fun run takes place on Sunday 5 July at 9:30am. This year, we're also introducing a 1K fun run, suitable for families and children aged 11 and under on Sunday 5 July at 9am. Sign up for the fun runs. 

To get ready for the fun run, download the NHS ‘Couch to 5’ app, which will help you to prepare for the run in just 9 weeks.
