Afternoon Reading Group for Adults

Our Reading Group is a friendly and informal space for adults to come together and share their love of books. This group is open to anyone and you do not have to commit to every meeting. Though you will need to become a library member if you are not one already.

Each month, we’ll read a new title and meet to discuss it in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Books will be issued and collected at the meeting but if you are unable to make it please see a member of staff in the library.

These sessions are great for:

  • Exploring new authors, genres, and perspectives
  • Sharing thoughts and reflections in a supportive group
  • Connecting with fellow readers in your community
  • Discovering what our libraries offer

This event takes place every last Thursday of the month.

This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required.
