Trick & Treat Circus Live

The hour-long spooktacular is perfect entertainment for the October Half Term holidays, featuring family friendly characters, rib-tickling laughter, mind blowing magic, fang-tastic tricks & treats galore. Suitable for even the smallest of monsters, this spooky, scare-free experience will get the whole family in the Halloween spirit. The show combines the comedy of pantomime with the thrill of the circus. So put on your costumes and get ready for a frightfully good time!

Story Stomp at Rugby Library

Join the library every Monday during term time for Story Stomp!

Our Story Stomp sessions are energetic, interactive story times designed to get little ones and their grown-ups moving, listening, and having fun with stories, songs, and movement.

These sessions are great for:

  • Making stories exciting and memorable through playful interaction
  • Encouraging a love of books from an early age
  • Supporting early communication and social skills
  • Discovering what our libraries offer

This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required.

Rhyme Time

Rhyme Time is a lively and engaging session for children aged 0-2 and their grown-ups to enjoy songs, rhymes and movement.

These sessions are great for:

  • Developing language and communication skills of your child
  • Bonding and spending quality time with your child
  • Meeting other parents and carers in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere
  • Discovering what our libraries offer

This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Book Magic

Head to Rugby Library & Information Centre for a fun and engaging children’s reading activity designed to inspire imagination, storytelling and a love of books. 

Book Magic sessions combine the joy of storytelling with hands-on creativity. Children can listen to a fun and engaging story, then take part in a themed craft activity inspired by the book. It’s a great way to bring stories to life and spark imagination through art and play.

These sessions are great for:

  • Encouraging a love of books through creative activities
  • Supporting early literacy and listening skills
  • Helping children express themselves through art
  • Discovering what our libraries offer

A warm and engaging storytelling session based on Cliff: The Man with a Seagull on His Head, celebrating friendship and kindness.

Join author and illustrator Tom Tinn-Disbury for an interactive reading of Duck Delivers… Cake! packed with laughs and audience participation.

Easter Market

Join us for our Rugby’s Easter market between 9am – 4pm
Location: Market Place, Sheep St & High St
Enjoy FREE drop in workshops and activities, live music, market stalls, food and drink, face painting and much more!
There will be lots to enjoy on the day, including Rugby Rotary Club’s Easter Egg Hunt in Caldecott Park between 10am – 2pm
