Event enquiries


If you would like to enquire about having a stall at an upcoming Rugby Borough Council event, please complete our initial enquiry form.

Our Event Officer will be in touch if your stall is relevant to a current event and doesn’t duplicate existing bookings or performances.

Stalls Holders: All events are family friendly, and aim to include local independent stall holders, businesses and artists with products/services that are relevant.

Charity & Non-Profit Organisations: There are limited spaces per event. Priority will be given to Rugby based and surrounding area organisations.

Pitch Fee: Varies per event. To be confirmed by the Event Officer upon successful enquiry.

Performers: All events are family friendly and aim to feature local performers and musicians. Priority will be given to Rugby based performers or those from the surrounding area.

Workshops: We aim to provide a variety of booked and drop-in workshops at our events. Priority will be given to local workshop providers who are able to work with us to provide free and accessible sessions. Workshop formats and prices can vary dependent on the event.

Once you have completed this form you give us permission to hold your data in the Events database. Your data will be used by the Events team and plan to give you relevant and timely updates on Rugby Borough Council events.
